Karla has been a licensed Realtor since 2015 and attributes her success to her hands-on approach and concentrates on the importance of customer service. Karla’s high school teaching experience has taught her the importance of listening and reading between the lines in assisting her clients to not only meet but exceed their expectations.
Patience, genuine warmth and a keen sense of timed guidance combined with her emphasis on educating clients make the home buying | home selling experience as smooth as possible.
A resident of Barrie, she is able to assist her buyers + sellers in Simcoe and Oro with reaching into the GTA and comes to us with a wide repeat and referral client base.
When not pursuing her career goals, Karla enjoys time with her 2 children and spends a great deal of time in the hockey arena.
