Shelley Weichel

Shelley began her real estate career in 1993 and earned numerous awards through her years at top tier Brokerages in the GTA.

From there, Shelley was approached to act as Managing Broker for the Brokerage and put her years of knowledge to work assisting with RECO Rules & Regulations, recruiting, mentoring new agents and assisting with productivity | accountability. Always in search of a challenge, Shelley wrote a coaching program and mentored both new and top producing agents to success in an online setting.

After a lifestyle change move from Oakville to Wasaga Beach, Shelley had the privilege of meeting the Signature Sold Group through her own purchase.  When asked how she ended up working with the team she smiles and says "sometimes things line up just the way they're meant to be - it was clear to me that these people were the best of the best and that's who I wanted to align myself with"  and she's never looked back.  Shelley's role with the group as Operations Manage encompasses much of the managing broker responsibilities as well as accountability and coaching for the sales representatives.  "Every day is different and I couldn't imagine being with a group of people who are more professional, kind and genuine".

In her spare time, Shelley enjoys her time living on the river and boating out to Georgian Bay.  Family plays an integral part of her life and always remains a top priority.
